Episode Notes
More about Marilyn:
Hi! I am Marilyn and I am an ex-emotional eater. I am 36 years old and I have been on 21 diets in my life (all followed with a binge). That was until I got introduced to the concept of emotional eating.
Although it is hard for me to really remember how I was (I was so unconscious of my behaviour), I know that I was using food as a way to soothe all emotions. When I was overwhelmed I would eat lots of biscuits and chocolate, I would feel ashamed, hate myself and eat again to soothe my self-hatred emotions. After almost 2 years of self-work, I can now say that I am hardly even in this situation again and I can't remember the last time I had a proper binge episode.
